To ensure a smooth admission process, applicants should meet the following criteria:

Age: Minimum and maximum admission ages are 17 and 35 years, respectively.
Qualification: A minimum of 10+2 with a 45% aggregate in Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology).
Vocational Courses: Candidates with a 10+2 vocational ANM course (revised after 2001) are also eligible.

Eligibility Certificate for Non-Karnataka Candidates:

Non-Karnataka candidates must obtain an eligibility certificate from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences by submitting an application, photocopies of certificates, and a DD for ₹1,000.00.

Steps to Join Our Nursing Community:

Request Prospectus:
- Obtain the prospectus application form by sending a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs 250/- in favor of Sofia College of Nursing / Raman School of Nursing, Bangalore.
Submit Application:
- Complete the application form and submit it along with necessary documents duly attested.

Necessary Documents:

Statements of marks after qualifying examination (10+2)
Copy of the 10th/equivalent Certificate showing the date of birth.
Original Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last institution attended.
Migration Certificate for students from other states.
Passport-size photographs.
SC/ST/BC certificate (if applicable).
Conduct/Character Certificate from the last attended institution and a prominent local figure.
Medical Fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner with at least an MBBS degree.
